Admissions Procedure – International Students
Form Fulfillment
Fill out the online registration form and upload your registration documents to https://gabung.binus.ac.id/
Requirements and Documents Completeness:
- Some student who graduated from overseas may need to have their degrees legalized by DIKTI/ Ministry of Education Indonesia
- Recent photograph
- Scan of S1 Diploma/Bachelor Certificate
- Scan of S1/Undergraduate Transcript
- Scan of Birth Certificate
- Scan of Family Card
- Scan of Identity Card (KTP/passport)
- Curriculum Vitae with Job Description
- Scan of TOEFL certificate (If not yet available, please take the BINUS-scheduled TOEFL test)
- Two Recommendation Letters based on the following criteria for recommenders:
- Family and friends who have completed a Master’s Degree must include the title behind their name)
- Company Head (may have graduated from S1/S2/S3)
- S1/Undergraduate Lecturer
- HRD of the company (may have graduated from S1/S2/S3)

Indonesian Friendship Scholarships.
A partial scholarship in the form of a tuition fee deduction is available to non-Indonesian KITAS holders enrolling in either the Master of Management Executive or Master of Management Professional program. No separate scholarship application is required. The scholarship amount is determined based on the results of the Online Entrance Test, which includes an English proficiency test and an interview with the Head of Program.
BINUS World Class Scholarships.
BINUS World Class Scholarship (BWCS) provides full coverage on tuition, accommodation, shuttle bus transportation to/from the campus, health benefits, visa fees, and stay permit refund benefits (daily living expenses not included). This scholarship is available for the Master of Management Professional Program, and both Indonesian KITAS and non-KITAS holders are eligible to apply. Applicants need to send all required documents. Once reviewed, we will direct you to the Admissions portal and invite you to take the Online Entrance Test.

- Final transcript with a minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.00 or 80% out of 100%,
- 1 working experience statement (full time, part time, internship, etc.),
- Motivation letter,
- CV,
- Photograph,
- Any proof of voluntary activities (school, neighbourhood, national, or international level),
- Any Proof of club activities (member, club secretary, or leader/chairman),
- Any Proof of competitions (school, neighbourhood, national, or international level),
- Proof of research (only if you have),
- Colour copy of Passport,
- Family registration certificate / family members’ ID cards compiled into 1 document,
- Two referees contact – name and email
- A bank statement with a minimum balance of USD 4,500 for the last 3 months is required. This is to assess your financial ability, as living expenses (e.g., food, transportation, etc.) are not covered by the scholarship. The bank account should be in your name or that of a family member. Please ensure that you can provide proof of your relationship with the provider of the bank statement.
